Clinical Supervision
I provide clinical supervision to clinicians looking to add depth and dimension to their clinical practice working with clients and in workplace systems. I have accumulated well over 10,000 hours of direct practice and have worked in an education setting to provide clinical supervision to graduate students and seasoned practitioners for over a decade. In addition, I have developed programs and training and integrated best practices to innovate service delivery models. My supervision style is collaborative, primarily focusing on adult learning and creating a safe and encouraging space. In clinical supervision, we may explore the following;
